We have become aware of several spiritual opportunities specifically geared toward persons with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Clients and their family members may be interested in exploring these or other similar programs.

Rejoicing Spirits:

Host location: St. Luke Lutheran Church, Devon, PA
Date and Time: Fourth Sunday of every month at 4:00 p.m.
Brief Description: Christian worship service adapted to the needs of persons with intellectual disabilities; includes music, singing and brief meaningful messages in a relaxed environment.

Handicapped Encounter with Christ (HEC)

Host: Villanova Campus Ministry, Villanova, PA

Brief Description: Retreat experience offering people with physical disabilities an opportunity to come together in community to pray, reflect and celebrate their life with God.
