Estate PlanningA carefully designed Estate Plan can provide security and structure for your loved ones, as well as offering the potential for substantial savings on federal and state death taxes. Whether your estate involves only a simple Will or a more complex plan involving trusts designed to offer savings on death taxes and structure for distribution to your family or other beneficiaries, it is important to select an attorney with the ability to address your individual needs. Depending upon your individual needs, we can devise an estate plan which meets your needs. In the event that a member of your family is an individual with a disability, we have extraordinary experience in designing an appropriate plan to meet the unique requirements involved, including the use of Special Needs Trusts. Fee Structure for Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning Documents McAndrews Law Offices is very open about the cost of our professional services. The fees below represent our standard charges which include initial intake with our client, review of existing estate planning documents, a sixty minute consultation with our attorneys, drafting of the necessary documents, and a brief final meeting with staff to execute the documents. Where additional consultations are necessary in extraordinary cases (only about 5-10% of our cases), hourly charges apply to such additional work.
