Estate Planning

A carefully designed Estate Plan can provide security and structure for your loved ones, as well as offering the potential for substantial savings on federal and state death taxes. Whether your estate involves only a simple Will or a more complex plan involving trusts designed to offer savings on death taxes and structure for distribution to your family or other beneficiaries, it is important to select an attorney with the ability to address your individual needs.

Depending upon your individual needs, we can devise an estate plan which meets your needs. In the event that a member of your family is an individual with a disability, we have extraordinary experience in designing an appropriate plan to meet the unique requirements involved, including the use of Special Needs Trusts.
