Jennifer M. Lukach Bradley was named a shareholder with McAndrews Law Offices, P.C. in January 2010, in recognition of her extraordinary accomplishments for the firm and the clients the firm is privileged to serve. She works in both our Wyomissing and Berwyn offices.
Bradley represents clients all across Northeast Pennsylvania in matters involving Special Education, Juvenile Delinquency, PIAA disputes and School Discipline, including expulsions and manifestation determination hearings. She is also assisting parents of children with disabilities in Berks County by helping to create a parent support group called Supporting Parents of Exceptional Learners for Life (SPELL). The group meets once a month to listen to guest speakers present information on a variety of special education issues.
Prior to joining McAndrews Law Offices, Ms. Bradley was an Assistant District Attorney in Berks County for seven years where she prosecuted defendants charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes including Homicide, Rape, Burglary, Robbery, Assault, Theft, and Driving After Imbibing. In addition, she managed the Intermediate Punishment Program which is offered as an alternative to prison and is designed to help people with addictions. She also has extensive experience in juvenile justice, having served as the lead attorney for the juvenile justice unit for two years.
Ms. Bradley graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 1999. In addition, she graduated magna cum laude with honors from Susquehanna University in 1996. Ms. Bradley is a native of Schuylkill County, having graduated from Blue Mountain High School in 1992. She lives in the Bernville area with her husband, daughter, son, and two dogs.
Ms. Bradley is a member of the Learning Disabilities Association, the Berks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
