Dean M. Beer
is an associate with McAndrews Law Offices, P.C.
Mr. Beer received a BS in
Accounting with distinction from Ohio Northern University and
graduated in the top 25% of his class at Temple University School
of Law. Mr. Beer is licensed to practice North Carolina and
Pennsylvania.
Before joining McAndrews, Mr.
Beer was an Assistant Public Defender in the appeals division of
the Defender Association of Philadelphia. He has extensive trial
experience and has argued before both the Pennsylvania Superior and
Supreme Courts. In addition to having extensive trial experience,
Mr. Beer also co-founded the immigration project in the
Philadelphia Defender Association.
He is a frequent lecturer both
locally and at the national level on the immigration consequences
of criminal convictions.
