The McAndrews Law Offices have served the needs of clients with complex legal issues since 1983. In addition to our national reputation in Special Education Law and Special Needs Trusts, our attorneys have been recognized for excellence in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Personal Injury.

We limit our practice to these areas and related legal issues in order to serve the unique needs of our clients in our areas of concentration. For this reason, we do not handle such matters as divorce, child custody, bankruptcy, patent, trademark, and similar areas which have also become highly specialized. We provide a high level of professional and skilled representation to our clients in our concentrated areas of practice.

Spanish speaking clients are welcome. Our staff includes attorneys and support staff who are fluent in Spanish. A number of our clients speak Spanish as their primary language, and we are fully prepared to assist them in their legal needs in our areas of practice.

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Recipients Will Receive Cost of Living Increase in January 2012. Beginning in January 2012, the nation’s Social Security recipients will get a 3.6% cost of living increase in payments. Thus, the maximum Supplemental Security Income (SSI) monthly payment will increase from $674 per individual for 2011 to $698 per month per individual in 2012.
